Extras
Some of my most important work is collaborative, physical, or simply difficult to represent with a GitHub repository. This page is for the teams, rooms, and communities behind it.
Robotics and teaching
As programming lead for AlphaBots #1860, I work on robot software, integration with the electrical and mechanical subteams, and internal teaching. The role has taught me that reliable engineering depends as much on communication and documentation as it does on code.
I also create robotics material for NOIC and help administer Servidores dos Programadores, a Brazilian programming community with more than 23,000 members.
Hackathons and community
At hackathons, I enjoy the complete arc: framing the problem, writing the model or system, testing it under time pressure, and presenting the result. My teams have worked on JVM optimization, public-service access, flood risk, and air-quality modeling with satellite data.
Through Hack-SP, where I serve as CTO and VP, I help organize hackathons for teenagers in São Paulo. I have also worked on FMUSP Solidária, a platform connecting volunteers and social initiatives.

Music
I studied rock guitar for five years at Guarulhos' municipal conservatory and have performed at public events and with a band.
Music gives me a different kind of discipline: repetition, listening, improvisation, and learning how to make a small part fit into a larger whole.
